225 creator emails. 99 replies.
hey there,
Sebastian, the founder of Overgrow, sent me the numbers from a real creator outreach campaign using leads sourced with UGC Agent.
Overgrow is a viral B2C screen-time control app. the team wanted creators who could make paid UGC for the product, so they took 225 of our leads and emailed them.
i wanted to know what happened after the export.

Overgrow: Screen Time Control on the App Store.
here's what came back.
44% reply rate.
225 emailed → 99 replies → 34 active conversations.
all 225 addresses were reported deliverable. 0 reported bounces.
the 34 active conversations were creators who wanted the brief or sent a quote. another 65 replied and passed.
44% reply rate (99 replies). Of those, 34 actively engaged. All 225 had valid, deliverable addresses.

the part i care about.
a creator list is not valuable because it has a lot of rows.
it becomes valuable when the people are reachable, relevant enough to answer, and capable of moving into a real campaign.
important context: this was paid creator outreach. the recipients were being offered work, so a 44% reply rate should not be compared with cold B2B sales.
i'm not publishing this as a universal benchmark or a promise for the next campaign. i'm publishing it because 99 replies from 225 sourced leads is a clear signal that the list survived contact with the inbox :)
