📈 16,000 creators in our first month
You sourced 16,000 creators in month one. Here's what that number does and doesn't mean.
hey there,
in our first month since launch, you sourced 16,000 creators.
that's the number i keep coming back to. and i want to be precise about it: we didn't source a single one of them. you did, one prompt at a time.

16,000 creators, sourced in the first month since launch.
16,000 creators. one month. every one of them found because somebody asked for exactly the creator they needed.
what the number is, and what it isn't.
16,000 is the count of creators our users' searches surfaced and kept across Instagram and TikTok in the first month the product was open.
it is not 16,000 booked collaborations. a creator lead is still the start of the work: the vetting, the outreach, the negotiation, the brief, the reshoot. that part is yours, and it always will be.
i'm publishing the number anyway, because the volume is the interesting part. sourcing is usually where a campaign stalls. for a month, across a lot of very different brands, it didn't.
the part i care about.
UGC marketing isn't cooling off. the demand for creators is higher than it has ever been.
16,000 in thirty days, from a product nobody had heard of thirty-one days ago, tells me the interest was never the bottleneck. finding the right people was. teams have always wanted more creators than they could realistically find by hand, so they capped the campaign instead of the ambition.
that cap is the thing i want gone. thank you for the first month :)
